Welcome

Welcome to my website.

Borne out of my journey of living in an abusive relationship,  I created my pen name  Trish Valleys (an anagram of Sally Thrives), to write my story and wrote my book 'Without Prejudice?'.   I have a deep desire to use the lessons I learned from my experience to help others.   You may be recovering from an isolated life and need fresh ideas for your new adventures?  I want to inspire and support you and reassure you that there is life and hope after getting out! Some of the insights and advice are in my book  'Without Prejudice?'

Know that you are not alone.  We all have the power within us to change our lives for the better and I’m here to hold your hand.  I am a coach who can help you gain confidence and a sense of worth and certainty. I can provide a safe space and a fresh perspective.  I have a career in finance and use this to help you become emotionally strong and financially secure.  I understand the difficulties and traumas and have developed my strategies for coping with CPTSD (Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder).

I hope my story will give you some strength to find a way out of your abusive relationship.  Perhaps it's just recovery from mental health difficulties caused by isolation.   I hope that this site gives you the tools to regain your sense of worth and self-esteem and get a fresh perspective on healing yourself.

I can empower  you to move forward in your new life, with a renewed feeling of where you belong in the world.  It will be an exciting and joyful journey and the greatest self-care you can achieve.

Without Prejudice?

"Trish’s story is a painful yet revealing look into being locked under a narcissist’s control. Look to Trish’s story as a guide for waking up from the nightmares and moving forward into light."
